"0 stars! Nothing but issues since buying a 2020..." 0 stars! Nothing but issues since buying a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan in September. Before purchasing, they agreed to fix sensors on the vehicle so I set up an appt to return it the following week. I was told it would take a couple hours and it turned into WEEKS to fix with barley any communication or explanation during that time. Keven was a lie, he said many things that are not true. I definitely will buy from a dealer not HGreg. Had to take the car to the dealer for 5 days, cost me to rent a car and HGreg did not do anything about it. Mauricio was ok until after the 3 days then stoped answering my calls.

The prices look good on the surface but as you dive deeper into their business practices, they make all the money in charging an abundance of fees. After getting an out the door price of a vehicle it was over two thousand more than what was advertised and that does not include taxes and title. Shady business practices. If you want the vehicle shipped, that even more money...RIP OFF
