Good dealer and good prices but at the time of make the paperwork they will include Auto Pay Plus in the deal without telling you nothing or give you the option to you do it later if you want. This company Auto Pay Plus pay your loan with your own money and charge you a fee which is very silly when you can pay your loan directly to the bank by own. I don't know what kind of xxxxxx business Hgreg has with Auto Pay Plus but be careful and stay away from that deal, at least tell them not to include Auto Pay Plus or take the pap... read more
An "F" rating for fraud. I was advised today by a dealer that the mileage was changed on the vehicle and also not disclosing the car had structural damage on the driver's side from what appears to have been at the bone-type accident. BUYER BEWARE. TL;DR - Not long after buying a vehicle from this company, I had to replace the power steering rack at $3,000. HGreg ignored me long enough to force me to get the work done elsewhere, then basically said it was my fault I didn’t bring it in to them. They later offered to pay for the price of the part, and when I asked if they would pay for the full repair, they took back their original offer. This was the worst experience of my life. I purchased a vehicle, and Audi, that later found out, according to an Audi dealership, had been in a serious accident on the front end and looks as though it was covered up because the entire underside was bent and messed up. I have put about $13,000 into this vehicle fixing it and still have new issues everyday.
