Shady! This dealership is like middle schoolers running a club-loud club music, dirty tables and chairs, filthy bathrooms. Started off good but then they kept changing what they were saying regarding price, terms, financing, condition of vehicle, and contradicted each other several times. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A USED CAR FROM HGreg.com ORLANDO! My daughter bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum with less than 30,000 miles, in mid February 2023 and put down her hard-earned $4,500. A little over 2 months later in mid April, the A/C went out and now she is being told that the repairs will cost her $3,000! Purchased two vehicles there last year, around May/2022, they do have friendly staff, vehicles are advertised as super cheap but their crazy high fees make it up and the final price will be similar to any other dealership, the difference is most of their vehicles are trash, have been on accident or are waiting to break down on you. Stay clear of this place! Brought a 2021 Honda Accord Sport with 46k miles on Nov 1, 2022, and was told they do a detailed inspection of all their vehicles! On Feb 6, noticed the brakes squeaking, Pep Boys stated that I need Rotors and pads back and front, $770. Call and spoke to the GM Christian P. who asked me to email him the price quote, and he will have the Sales Manager who takes care of this contact me. That was on Feb 6th.
I was sold a car that had dirty seats. Wanted almost 900 to clean them. They should come cleaned not charged extra. Furthermore, a front crash sensor was broken. Took it back and told it was “fixed in the coding” but the error popped up 5 minutes later on the way back home. We told them EXACTLY what was wrong and they still didn’t care to correct the issue. Very very disappointed in this purchase
2nd worst car buying experience! ! I understand they are busy and a big company but I was treated not as a customer but just as the next one in line. FRIDAY-The sales man i was trying to work with seemed extra busy like he didn't have time for me. While talking and looking for a car with him he left frequently to assist 2 other customers and to feed a homeless cat.
