Dealt with Bill, who is slower than frozen molasses. There offer on our 2014 Audi trade in was beyond insulting considering current active listing for like units. The vehicle I was interested in had many damages and some very concerning rust issues. There was even a clear as day over spray line on the driver's front fender. They are not worth wasting your time as they won't even begin to negotiate the price of the vehicle

Purchased a car in April. It has now been in the shop three times. This time, they can’t figure out the issue but my service engine light is on. They claim to have put in new cabin filters but nope. I live 12 minutes from my job and somehow have put 10,000 miles since. I don’t drive anywhere far, 20 miles or less if that, I’m to the point I think they rolled back the mileages. Extremely frustrating with purchase. After reading review elsewhere, I say run for the hills!

Sold us a recalled car with a bad transmission. Tried reaching out and they are ignoring us because they know what they did. However I will be reaching out to the FL Attorney General, Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau and contacting my own lawyer. They don’t answer calls or emails they will just send you to a voicemail and never call back and dodge you. So shady in my opinion. Very bad customer service. I WOULD REALLY RESEARCH before buying a car here. If you’re smart you’ll look someplace else.

Made contact with dealership and inquired about 2017 Jeep Patriot ($11,497). Sales representative Andy contacted me via email as requested. I posed a series of questions with the response someone would contact me. No contact was made. I followed up three times with no action. This was my first experience with HGregg and now, my last. My salesman was not listed below. Shame.

Great sales people. Very poor service delivery. Bumper was missing all the hold on clips on the passenger side front and skurting has now been ground away by the tire. Bumper was almost detached during the drive home. 15 miles. Engine cover underneath is missing, and key is aftermarket so no key fob for central locking. Payed $1300 for cleaning and inspection. How were these items missed. I would not recommend this company.

Wasted my time. Harassed me about coming in then offered less than half of bluebook for my vehicle. Their vehicle had been on the lot for 129 days, was very dirty, and even had rust on all the metal in the interior. Would not budge at all. Went to another dealer, which I told them I would and they didn't seem to care, and got a waaaay better offer and deal. Wasted my time here.

Don’t do business here, this sales person did not respect what I wanted and was pushing other cars to me; as a sales representative myself I can see how unethical are here; I’m extremely dissatisfied with this place and I’ll stay away for more Hgreg on the future.

This dealership is not professional at all want return your phone calls nor explain to you about your possible business deal. Bad experience and Benny in finance is awful
