"No professionalism " I purchased my vehicle here and was surprised at how fast and easy the process was. I did come with pre-approved financing but it still was an easy process. Unfortunately things went south from there. The vehicle shook extremely bad from the steering wheel while I was driving, so much so it was like a massage. But I was willing to deal with that. "Worst cat buying experience ever!" This dealership claims to have the best customer support in the industry but it is far from that. When you are looking to buy a car they seem responsive but after that it is all downhill. Phone and email messages go unreturned. If there are any issues after you buy they pretty much ignore you. My car had an issue with a nail in the tire when it was delivered and they did nothing about it. "Nothing special about it" Had a great sales person but found the rest of the experience pretty typical for a car dealer. Test drove the car one day and went back to buy the car two days later. Took way too long for everything. I was there for three hours even though I was paying cash. The dealer fees ($899) are close to double compared to other dealers. "Overall poor service." The sales person matched up to me (Maria) was very nice but spoke little English which created ongoing issues throughout the process. I was purchasing the vehicle for a family member. Numerous people had to get involved. I received several calls (some within the same day) from different people at the dealership asking the same questions. I was told that my vehicle would be ready to pick up at a certain time. "Bait & switch" We saw a car on their website that we were interested in. We contacted the dealership to confirm it was available. We called again before driving over an hour to get there and again were assured that they had the car. However once we got there they didn’t have the car. They couldn’t explain why it was still listed on their website and they couldn’t explain why they said is was there before we drove there. They weren’t even sure how long ago the car had been sold.
"Overall great experience" Joel, my sales person, was amazing to work with. And once I got to the finance office, that experience with Johny was quick and easy. However, en route to the final closing, they didn't work well with my credit union at all. Not happy with the (cleanliness) condition of the car upon delivery. And when taking delivery, there was an insurance desk where they demanded that I call my insurance company to update my purchase on the spot. "Really nice people, great prices, operation needs some work." Salesperson Eddie was great! Very easygoing and patient while I agonized over car choices.
