"10 days 10 hours" Set up a window to visit dealership while spending the weekend in Orlando. Met with Joel Saturday evening with the ID number of vehicle I found on line. "Great Customer Service" Emily, Alex, Jasmine and Crista were AMAZING. Very very caring people, they all took their time to help me and my family out. Amazing folks. "Hidden Fees" I was a cash buyer from out of state. They took FOREVER to process the deal. There is no haggling so it should have been simple. I knew there would be some sort of dealer processing fee but they added not one but two fees that I personally thought were outrageous. "Worst experience ever! " Do NOT! I repeat DO NOT use this company. It will be the worst car buying experience of your life. They are completely disorganized and have zero integrity. "Customer service. " I was referred by Jorge Gual. He told me to ask for Benny; Jorge Gual recently also, purchased a vehicle from Benny. He shared the great service from Benny.
