"Started off great" So first let me say that my sales person DT was awesome. But that’s where it ends. I was sold a vehicle that I was told had been safety checked with everything working as it should. Came back and purchased. Drove home from Orlando back to the Tampa area and discovered that the back up sensors, two tire sensors, and the side mirror were all broken. "The promise stuff they can't keep " Ozcan promise me something then got me with something else ... By doing that he mess with my credit and everything single bank even I have a 688 point on my credit I got a statement from he for the promise before I got the car . I did get the car but I don't recommend because of the lying that is something the I don't tolerate .
"My new car" I would have to say it was over all a positive. Experience I would have been done in few hours if it was not Sunday and my bank was open to give me a check for my financing.
"Not the best experience..." I was impressed when I first got there. The salesperson was awesome and friendly. He was very patient with me and pulled up all the cars I was interested in. I give him an A+! But that’s where it ends. I was given the wrong car after signing the contract and waited almost 2 hours to get the actual car I selected. "Car bad shape" The 2nd day of having my car 6 lights pop up on my dashboard and I call hgreg and told them the guy said I can’t help you with that welcome to being a car owner with responsibility. When it shouldn’t be nothing wrong with my car and On top of that there something hanging from underneath my car . sales car big no no praying I can switch my car with another dealer
"Beware of hidden fees and lack of information." Misinformation and hidden fees not explained. Car not detailed as expected and given to us with no gas. They do have lots to choose from and good sticker prices but nickel and dime you on the settlement statement. Actually told us we could take the car to be looked at as a special exception but some had done that a swapped parts so they were skeptical.
"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - STAY AWAY" Stay away from this dealership. Their business model is flawed and so is their customer service. They hang on the phone on you. I have been looking at a car they have listed since October. I talked to Yazmin in SALES who said she was the business manager and she promised to call get to me the following day with the car pictures but failed on her promise. "Good Car, but Service was not very good" The car I purchased was a good car and good deal. However, their quality control is not good. I went to test drive the 1st car and it stalled and we barely got it back to the dealer. 2nd car I test drove was fine but needed an oil change and replace the gas cap release. I had to wait 1 1/2 weeks for them to make the fix and when I went to pick it up they still did not do the oil change. "lack of organization " terrible dealer fees ... way to high. No one knows anything about the car you are buying: sales person don’t know the features in the car, the benefits, equipment or package. You really have to do your own research before going to this place about the car your are considering purchasing.
