"Poor service after the sale" After doing a lot of research online we decided to travel 3 hours to Orlando to see a few cars we were interested in at H.Greg. "Disappointed at best" Got a car and brought it back the next day after problems presented. No apologies from sales person. I feel the dealership knowingly sells cars with big problems
"2013 Jeep" Vehicle was very dirty in side not detailed or touched. Bought at night did not notice. Pickup in morning did not check. Tires were unbalanced

"Waste of time and very misleading advertising" I can't say I was ever as disappointed in a car buying experience as I was recently. I thought I found my dream car Thursday night. I filled out the interest page and began calling Friday morning. I send my id, copy of the commitment confirmation and credit card info. "Too Much Pressure, Not EnoughTransparency" 2016 Dodge RAM. Major damage to unprotected (no liner) truck bed - multiple paint chips, abrasions, dents, scratches, large portion of bed now exposed to bare metal, some rust showing. This condition not reported to out-of-state buyer until after purchase order agreement reached (purchase price fixed). No pictures of bed online - rest of truck exterior looks really good. "Almost Perfect" I had a very delightful experience with my sales person Emily and also a wonderful experience with sales manager Vince. When Vince wasn’t available I had to talk to George the sales manager… He was so unprofessional and made comments to me like I was a child and showed me a huge amount of disrespect that the deal was almost lost. "Infinity" Salesman sucked, but can’t beat the price. Finance guy and insurance lady were awesome. Salesman seemed to be annoyed with me wanting to test drive more cars. Never thanked me for my business.

"Run away " They don't care after the purchase is done and over with. It took over a month for the registration to come in the mail. They give me a "we owed" paper to reprogram my key fob, I could never get a hold of service. I think they should hire someone just to answer the phone, their customer service will be better.

"Long wait time." The salesman, Diego was very responsive to questions and requests but the rest of the process is something to be desired. After selecting the car we wanted, it was a minimum of two laborious hours to get poor financing offers (822 credit score). I took the best of the worst to get out with the idea of refinancing the car loan with my bank.
