"My purchase " Bought a 2018 Nissian Maurano that had a clean car fax. Drove home found out had been in front end collision took to Nissian $2000 for repairs of damaged sensor and bumper. Called HGreg talked to manager told to bring in. They checked it said drop off we will fix it. Over a week later picked it up drive away and the bumper started to pop back off the sensor light cane back on. Nothing was fixed so what did they do for a whole week? "Disappointed" My sales rep, Emily, was great, however, no one else seemed to work together as a team. Finance mgr Johnny, was rude, and had no clue what he was doing. They only deal in high-end cars, you would think that they would be able to at least offer you a bottle of water, and not just show you where the vending machines are!

"Sales great...service sucks. " Long story short. The sales rep was really nice and patient (Benny). He made sure we took our time to find the right car. Sales manager Jorge was also very helpful. After purchasing the vehicle however my experience with the service department left an extremely sour taste in our mouths. We returned the following day for an alignment and NOONE from the service department communicated with me. After an hour still nothing. "Camry 2015 hybrid" To be honest, my experience with the people at Hgreg was wonderful, I recommend this dealer to everybody. So don’t waste your time, over 800 cars

"Good facility, need to shorten the process " The process was way to long. Though there’s no negotiating in price for the car you will spend that time with finance while they try to UPSELL items and tie them into you car payment. I guess this is where they make money. Cars are “what you see is what you get” One key, no car mats, glove box scratched. Each car has an issue you choose the one you could live with. Several smelled like cigarettes . Took 3hrs moving through 5 or 6 stations in total.

"The car was not properly prepared" The staff, including Chasity were enthusiastic and hard working however, The car I purchased clearly had not gone through an inspection since several obvious items should have been taken care of to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty including a damaged interior door handle and wheels that had considerable curb damage. "People are good. Cars are good, but" They screwed up my wire transfer by telling me to send it to miami, instead of orlando which is where I drove from Atlanta, ga to buy car. I sat for 3 hours waiting for wire transfer to go through. I proved to them it was sent. If you call find a rep at dealership you are calling about the car.

"Fee’s" Got a car that cost $8,779 and ended up paying $10,600 for the car in total. Yes I understand the tax which was around $665 but the dealer fee is $899 and all the other fees that charge you are ridiculous. The Guy who helped me his name was Ameur( Benny) but when we said we were going to buy the car and made the deal we never seen him again. He was good with helping us and everything up until we made the deal. Oh and if you go make sure you don’t bring cash it took 3 ladies to count and over 30 minutes.
