RecommendedGreat experience. High priority was our service provider through a home warranty, and they did not disappoint. Got an appointment in a reasonable time. Carlos arrived at my home early (called ahead), and did everything in his power to fix our problem. Great service, and great expertise.
I simply can not say enough wonderful things about Eric! This is the second time he has been out to our fixer upper to fix a problem. He is always so kind and explains everything to us in terms we can understand. He always steers us in a direction that is best for the long term versus just patching the job. As a first time home owner I really appreciate the time he takes to educate us on how to best care and maintain our plumbing. High priority should do there best to keep this man happy as he is a true asset to the company!

We had a service call this morning by Carlos from your Rincon, Georgia office to fix a serious drain stoppage problem in our kitchen. He was prompt, polite, and most importantly, VERY competent. He efficiently diagnosed and resolved our problem and provided us with important tips on how to prevent the recurrence of kitchen drain blockage in the future.
