RecommendedI simply can not say enough wonderful things about Eric! This is the second time he has been out to our fixer upper to fix a problem. He is always so kind and explains everything to us in terms we can understand. He always steers us in a direction that is best for the long term versus just patching the job. As a first time home owner I really appreciate the time he takes to educate us on how to best care and maintain our plumbing. High priority should do there best to keep this man happy as he is a true asset to the company!

We had a service call this morning by Carlos from your Rincon, Georgia office to fix a serious drain stoppage problem in our kitchen. He was prompt, polite, and most importantly, VERY competent. Mike came yesterday. He was professional, fixed our issue quickly, and was very, very nice. He also gave us very good maintenance advice.
I can't say enough about the quality repair work performed by Chris Whitmore today. I was having problems with my garbage disposal. Chris was able to quickly identify the problem and completed the repair in no time. He was so personable and professional. I will definitely call on him again should the need arise.
