The management here is piss poor. The amount of mysterious "overages" they apply to people is absurd.
I will admit, at the very beginning (Aug. 2013), it was a mess and it sucked for the first few months. Management was all over the place, employees obviously had no direction. Under the new management, however, the office has improved very much. They're getting their act together, and I really like the improvements they've made: (1) any issues we have get corrected within 24 hours; (2) they are reaching out to residents more often; (3) text notifications when you receive a package.
This is the Nickelback of apartment complexes.
Don't live here. End of story.
Can't stress how awful it is. Management obviously has no experience and everyone that works here is terrible. Will not be back for sure.
I wish their emergency number worked. It's absolutely terrifying that we have an animal in our house and the emergency hotline "mailbox is full". This place is a hell hole. What a dump. I would rate it lower if I could
dont live here the management is clueless and cant get anything done. It is by far the most organized poorly managed business I have ever seen
