You spray too much air freshner in lobby and rooms.

Very unsatisfactory experience No one was able to clean our room during our stay. It was a struggle to get a new towel. I had to go back to the front desk three times to get my key to work in the door. It kept failing. Considering the cost of my stay Not getting my room cleaned Daily is totally unacceptable.

Sooo loud!!!! If you are picking this hotel because you want to party all night then this one is for you! There are multiple bars surrounding the hotel and you can hear all the music and people from them. Me and my family (2 children included) couldn’t sleep. The music didn’t stop until 2 AM. Also the walls were so thin and there was a dog starting next door! You have to pay for parking and with all the bars close the parking garage was packed and we couldn’t find a spot… so we paid for nothing because we had to find another... read more

Beware... Hotel is running a scam for parking. Telling customers at check in to pay $10 to park in the parking garage just west of the hotel. The parking garage is a FREE city owned parking garage. The hotel leases parking spots from the City but parking in the other unmarked spots is free. Was told that overnight parking is not allowed by the staff unless you pay the $10 fee but, when we called the city they informed us that that is not true and that up to 48 hours is free. We will not be staying here again.

No clean sheets no clean towels no housekeeping I told the front desk since I checked in they told me they had a problem with housekeeping but never bothered to fix it

Room service came in our room without letting me know. Towels were stained badly. Also Jayson was being very rude and complicated.
