Love the hotel itself but the surrounding bars with bands playing until 1 am is not my idea of a comfortable nights rest

Nothing special The room was not all that special, most of the staff was nice but some didn’t seem to know very much about the hotel. I called in advance to ask if the pool was heated, I was told yes but at the actual hotel another staff member said no. Overall, it seem way overpriced for what was given. Also had booked two queens on hotels.com and they gave us one king bed. Wouldn’t stay here again unless I absolutely had to.

There was supposed to be free parking, turned out barely any & they wanted us to pay $10 at the parking garage or park in some sand lot. Don't say you have "Free Parking" if you only have a few spaces & the rest is pay & or risk the safety of your vehicle.The pool was literally in the small parking lot. Won't rebook.

Staying at a hotel during Covid can be trying, but trying to get basic hotel services here was difficult. Housekeeping is by request only. Requested every day of a five day stay and only got it once. The first time when I questioned why we had only gotten towels, it was explained that “ light housekeeping “was towels and trash removal only, trash was still there.
