The location is great. The wording on what is included is tricky. They have an onsite restaurant but it's an additional $20 per person for very light buffet breakfast. Our carbon monoxide alarm went off at 3am. Although they did move us briefly to another room, it was a complete inconvenience because we had to leave all of our belongings in our original room and return that morning to get dressed. Lost quite a bit of sleep and the hotel refused to compensate anything to me.

The toilet wasn't firmly attached to the floor, and would wobble everytime you sat on it. The housekeeping cleaned the room, but didn't replace the toilet paper, and we ran out, and they didn't refill the bath gel container, and we ran out.

Good, not great The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. The location is ideal for restaurants and shopping is close. The items I was not impressed with: 1. housekeeping is inly by request. I feel the room rate is high for the lack of service. 2. There is a information table display stating "Tipping our staff has gotten easier!" Wait, what?
