I was there 3 nights and no maid ever came to clean the room .

Having a difficult time getting the correct folios for the team and am being charged wrong amounts. Can't find anyone that seems to know anything...computer isn't working is what I'm being told but my credit card keeps getting charged different amounts.

The good: clean, friendly staff, fantastic bathroom. The bad: my room overlooked an open bar that played live music EVERY night. It was miserable and the room air conditioner had no button to keep the fan on to help drown out the noise. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Will not be staying there again.
Given the wrong room and no additional roll away beds. Will never stay again. Ended up having to sleep on the couch
The location is great. The wording on what is included is tricky. They have an onsite restaurant but it's an additional $20 per person for very light buffet breakfast. It was more like a Continental breakfast but still...watch out because you have to pay and I saw very few use the service so high amount of food waste. The barn door guy the bathroom didn't work and we had to move rooms because of it and the fan going in the bathroom wouldn't turn off.
