The room was not ready when I got there and it was really dirty. I decided not to stay but was still charged despite being told otherwise??

DO NOT STAY HERE! Let me start with the first hotel room my boyfriend and I were put in. It was FILTHY. There was trash in the trash can, no remote control, smudges all of the mirror, cup rings and smudges on the table, toilet paper and hair on the bathroom floor. After returning to the hotel with Barro’s pizza, we went over to complain to the employee at front desk about the issue. There was no one there but was accompanied by a sign that said “BE BACK SOON”. Nope dont do it! Our home caught fire so we needed a place to rest , take a shower etc. There was no hot water working in the bathroon sink nor shower. We reported the desk went to dinner . Next morning still no hot water. No follow up from the hotel staff nothing. When we checked out i expressed my concern to the General Manager. He never looked at me just kept looking down at the computer. When we checked into the rooms (2) they had empty bottles or sodas and candy bars, beer bottles in the refrigerator. its was in the middle of the night leaving us no place to go
