Great hotel for 2-3 days‘ NYC visit. A bit pricy. Rather small gym. Awesome location. Great staff. Comfy and clean room. Storage room for luggage was available.
It was a lovely stay in an area with walkable attractions The elevator was very creaky squeaky and it was a bit concerning Kimberly was so kind and accommodating.

Good Hotel in New York There was always a queue for the lifts. The hotel could do with more. The hotel was clean, very close to a lot of tourist attractions.. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Despite its flaws, I would stay there again. It was a great price, comfortable beds great location. The alarm clock went off at 6 AM At 10 AM that there was another alarm going off on the floor that was not going to get shut off unless I called the front desk of the elevators was sort of a messy situation. The staff should have their own elevators. Location comfortable beds Great staff
