Not good
The rooms were tiny. The desk chair could not come out without hitting a bed. No other chair or sofa. No closet or dresser. And when laundry was left in the room it was studiously ignored. Not enough room to change your mind. Lobby looks like a slum. $1100 for this garbage?
Carpet was torn, bathroom had mold, sheet on one bed was stained. Paid more then I was told, will never use Expedia or Hilton again.
The reception was not that helpful. The room was only cleaned one time in our 4 nights.
I have stayed at a handful of Hiltons and this one I have to say was very very disappointing. When we walked into the room to check everything out we noticed that the plate on the back of the handle to turn the shower on and off it was completely off. We also noticed that the bar to hold the towels for washing hands was also hanging on for dear life off the wall. I took pictures and brought it up to a guy at the front desk. They refused to refund the booking fees even when reasons outside my control, flight cancellation, caused my cancellation of the trip.
Pobre servicio. No recomiendo este hotel, Primero me cobraron $50 por early check in ( 13.10). Nunca me limpiarom la habitacion y habia ropa en un cajo de los guest anterior. El hombre del front desk super mala stencion. La ubicacion esta excelente.
