this is the worst hotel i have ever seen anywhere. as soon as i walked in from the street i smelled a really bad weed smell. the room doesnt look bad. everything is very old especially the carpet. everything stinks in the bathroom especially the towels. there was black trash on the bed. i had to clean it myself before going to bed. i bought three nights online but after the first night i cancelled. they didnt give me my money back and they didnt give me my 100$ deposit either. i tried to get a refund because i wasnt there th... read more
Elevator had a weird sound. Room are not like the pictures overall didn’t like the hotel that much

Horrible customer service! Horrible experience.. the hotel did not have my reservation but hotels.com did. They would not give me a room and was on the phone with hotels.com for 75 minutes only to be told there was a discrepancy and that one of the companies would reimburse my $433 and I had to cancel my night in NYC. A few days later I was informed that I was no longer getting a refund since the hotel says it was non refundable even though they did not have my reservation and would not give me a room and hotels.com said it ... read more
Disappointing The room we reserved was not available when we arrived, the hotel staff said that they did not have any rooms with 2 beds available at all. I was traveling with my two children, so a King room was not an option. I was working with Hotels.com to find another room, when amazingly, the hotel staff informed me that they did have a room with two beds and that they would refund me $200 for not having the room with a terrace that I reserved. It was all very odd, very disappointing. We will not be back.
property was fine. however it seems they overbook or expedia made the mistake. i booked a double queen room and received a king size bed instead. that’s not what i paid for. i complained and they said all rooms were full. i am entitled to my money back
