I stay at this hotel very often due to work and great location. Rooms are good, basic, always very clean, housekeeping always very nice. Unfortunately, this time wasn't good at all... some kind of construction going on at the lobby that I wasn't aware of and smell of weed in the lobby was really hard to ignore or tolerate. There was no hand soap nor body wash nor water bottles in the room, when asked for it was told that their delivery didn't arrive and they're out of those items. About half of the staff were terrible, the other half seemed to want to try and make up for it. Needed an extra blanket. That in itself was a chore, when I did finally get it, it was disgusting, hard in some areas and dirty. I know it’s not an expensive hotel, but this was just awful.
I pay for breakfast and I never got it they said it was as not enough food left at 9 am.

Employee banged goods trolly into my wife, did not stop to see if OK (which was not the case) reported to front desk and after being told not OK front desk ignored situation, did not look to see what the situation was, did not report to hotel supervision, did not otherwise report incident.
Un desastre no había gel en la llegada aunque te dan jabón en barra, el personal atento y entendían las preocupaciones e intentaban ayudar, no había leche aunque eran muy cortes el café gratis. En 10 días 2 veces la habitación bueno lo dices e intenta ayudar pero vamos no repetiría en este hotel
A sign in the bathroom says housekeeping every other day. I stayed for four nights and housekeeping never came in the room. The breakfast available was not adequate. Not enough variety for $22. The neighborhood has limited breakfast places: McDonalds and a bsgel place with 40 min lines. The room was so tiny there was no room for the desk chair.
