Convenient mid-town location. Easy access to subway and buses.
Property was very clean and friendly staff
The rooms have a lot of space. I have paid more money in other places for half of the space. I would be staying here again

TV did not work then tried to upcharge me for better WiFi so I could at least stream and had to argue for credit. Dining room was out of tons of options listed on the menu for dinner and left with 3 options only..chicken fingers, salad and pasta. When I asked for grilled chicken on salad to take to room was given cut up chicken fingers on salad.There are many options in Midtown NYC and this was very poor and below standard expectations for a HIlton. Also $20 for breakfast buffet is ridiculous even in NYC .

USB ports in room did not work & no live local channels on TV to view news concerning storm
