Property is dated, computers were down causing a long wait for check in, my room toilet was clogged when I checked in. However staff fixed the toilet quickly and effectively after I reported it. Overall everyone was friendly and helpful.

Great customer service, convenient location. Facility is slightly aged.
Rooms are a somewhat small. The rooms are only cleaned by request. Customer service was ok, they appeared bothered by your question. It’s was great safe location. There plenty of options for food around. Nice Irish pub close. Easy to get up and go near the subway. Would definitely stay again.
Affordable, staff were excellent, room was clean and spacious for the price.
Great spot for Manhattan
Overall Good. Especially want to mention Lost & Found Manager & staff. I left some items behind & when I contacted them all went smoothly in getting the returned to me. Kudos to them!
