Stayed 5 nights, never had any service to the room. Towels, garbage etc. Rooms are starting to show age. Very well situated in the area for walking to everything.
The staff were very nice and friendly.
Excellent location. Complimentary coffee in the lobby every morning.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for his surprise birthday trip to the Big Apple! I choose this hotel because of its proximity to Times Square for us it was walking distance about a 15 minute walk. Far away enough that we were able to get some peace and rest. It is also a short walk to the subway. Room was clean. Staff was professional and courteous.
