Clean but Nothing Special Our family stayed here 2 nights, (2) queen beds. Beds were comfortable, bathroom is fine. The room was pretty small for a family, but the rate we paid was one of the cheapest in that area so we can't complain. Overall nothing special. If you are looking for a simple room in midtown it's fine. It is a pretty good location to walk to midtown and also be close to decent restaurants, cafes & bars around 2nd Ave.
Very minimal hotel for the price
One night stay. Room was cool and not stuffy. Very quiet.
A bit heated.. Started with room being exceedingly cold. Had to get maint. To come address thermostat issue. When I went down to report the issue, since the phones were not working, one elevator did not allow floor 11 to stop. Had to go up and back to lobby to take other elevator.
Staff very nice but rooms aren’t clean regularly
The bathroom smelled really bad like dirty wash rags. Wish they would do a smell check after done with room.
Overall it was a great stay... Will book here again.
