Overall, the property was nice, but certain aspects made it feel like a regular hotel and not a Hilton. First, the Expedia listing says that valet is offered, but it's not. You have to park at a different property, there's no designated area to pull over and drop off your luggage, so be prepared to walk a quarter mile through NYC with it. Second, the front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. Maids were great though.
