We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are a decent size for NYC. Only downside was the shower took forever to warm up and it never actually got hot. Just want enough to get in and this was after letting it run for 10 minutes.
Staff extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was ok. Carpet needs replacing and tub drains very slow

Men de lyckades inte fixa värmen i klimatanläggningen så kallt på rummet sista två dagarna. Sköna sängar, bra läge som gör man står ut med trafiken. Trevligt de bjuder på kaffe med lite tilltugg på morgonen.

Room gets cleaned every 4 days, currently no restaurant attached but plenty of better eating options nearby.
A very convenient location for lower Manhattan exploration, and super friendly staff team. The hotel is a bit outdated, but clean and within walking distance from anything and anywhere in Tribeca and lower part of Manhattan. Can't stress enough, how friendly and helpful the hotel stafg team were. If we need to be in that part of the town, I'll stay in that hotel again.
Mrs. Linden Hotels.com stated Valet, we kept our rental based on valet. Hotel had instructions to call for valet ahead knowing they DID NOT HAVE VALET. After we checked in they gave us a map to parking garage. Of course, it was blamed on Covid. At $465 a night once all the fees and the tax is added it makes no sense. They charge what high end well kept properties changed. Should be unlawful. Hotels.com should look at what they offer for the price. Employees very nice.
