I had a layover in New York and my friends flew in from Chicago and we stay at the hotel for the night before our next flight the staff was wonderful very helpful to help us find food in the area and also offer food that we can order for delivery anything that we needtheywere there to help us and very friendly if I’m ever in a New York area again I will be happy to stay at this hotel
Stay was good we had to stay another night due to a funeral. But overall it was a decent hotel.
Nice hotel but… I still don’t understand why the only wheelchair accessible/handicap rooms are only 1 King bed instead of 2 Queen or another configuration. Also, I got charged overnight parking for having a handicap tag? 3 months ago I stayed at another hotel (brand) and it got waved as it should be…
Near to airport & offer shuttle services .. very helpful during a stressful delayed & canceled flights.
