I carpet is the room and hallways is very dirty

We booked 4 nights here a few months back to ensure we had a place to stay when we were visiting. Upon arrival to the hotel, we learned that the staff gave our room even though we did the online checkin through the Hilton app. They told us we got there late so they gave it away and even though our digital key worked, we couldn’t get in to the room because someone was already in there. We were never told that there was no shuttle service from JFK airport to the hotel from 12noon-4pm. Why does check in start at 3pm but the shuttle does not run till after 4pm? We waited over 3 hours for the shuttle and it still did not show up till 430pm. After 7 hours of traveling all I wanted to do was get to the hotel and relax, instead I got to wait at the shuttle pickup for 3 hours. Not very happy about that at all!
I was really hoping for a better stay, but unfortunately, there were several issues that made the experience frustrating. First, the TV in the room didn’t work at all, which was disappointing after a long day of travel. When I brought it up to the front desk, no real solution was offered. Second, the hotel oversold their parking. We were told to park on the street—with the warning that we might get towed. Well, they gave our room away, so not good.
Very misleading information on Expedia: the free airport shuttle only runs during a limited period and breakfast is NOT available. BEWARE!!!
It's the worst hotel that I ever started. Not recommended.
