The room and hotel was clean, but the doors in my room would not close are the way, and the curtain on the window was electric and would not close. It took 24 hours for someone to fix it
The check in was awful . Had to walk downstairs to get an answer concerning the room. Front desk clerk was inconsiderate and unresponsive.
The area although is close to the airport but is very dirty and unsafe. The staff was busy watching the Knick’s game. Overall not a pleasant experience.
I have book double bed the hotel and when I arrived they told me they didn’t had it which is not good
The room shower was not working. We called the front desk and no one came to fix it. There was no conditioning or shampoo until we had to call and ask for at night. There was a fight behind the hotel around three in the morning very long we had to call the front desk to see if everything was OK.
There's a reason to book a hotel room at airport: either early departure or late arrival. In this case, it's late arrival around midnight after a long, long flight. Yet was told no room available even though we booked and paid for it days in advance. No solution offered.
I had to wait about 20 minutes before someone helped me at the front desk. I called them but no one answered. I also tried sending a message through the app with no luck.
Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire Shuttle ‘service’ was appalling. Had to find a phone on Yelp, since everything the hotel listed took us to sales. We had to wait 40 minutes for the shuttle they claim runs every half hour. Management lied and said he might be stuck in traffic. There is no traffic; the hotel is 5 minutes away by back street with hardly a car. So, no shuttle at 5; finally arrived at almost 5:30 (we had been on the pickup point since 4:50).
