Staff was rude, no smile on face.
Transport was terrible

Sleeping in the hotel room was terrible because the noise of the air conditioner made it impossible to sleep. The receptionist was rude.
They offer complimentary shuttle service but they did not pick up us ( 7) even do we call then and explain our situation (fly delays, ect). The front desk service terrible, so por customer service, rude, un friendly… A bad experience
