The staff was very in-condsiderate and RUDE! The lady at the front desk clearly needs training in customer service. They showed no caring or understanding moreso to senior customers. First time experience there was very discouraging! The two front desks staff were literally disgusting!
Expedia stated hotel has parking. Was charged an exorbitant amount to park the car. Hotel in desperate need of a refresh. Area is iffy - wouldn’t park my car on the street. Staff slow to check in and not very friendly
I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay $30 a day to park on the property on just park on the street. I am disabled and there are only two spots for me. Smfh
The hotel doesn't clean the room every day. The housekeeping is very bad.
Only good thing was that it was close to the airport. It is overpriced for the service and condition our room was in. Flaking paint, hair in the soap dish, phone didnt work, paper thin walls.
Noisy neighborhood and does not smell fresh.
