The sales (Brie) and applications engineer (Ihsan) were very responsive and helpful. I had many questions and showed them my designs for implementing a resistance meter and they helped guide me through best practices and make a design that will work without issues. For once I enjoyed working with a vendor to implement their product.

Hioki is always easy to work with! Brian Gibb is very responsive and quick to respond to RFQ's and questions. He recommended an option we forgot we needed and added calibration without having to ask!

I had issue installing the 3197 applications. I contacted the tech support, and got a response few minutes later. The team was fast in response and very helpful in guiding me through the troubleshooting process. I was finally able to get the software to work.

Excellent response time from initial contact. Brie Kelly was very assertive and knowledgeable throughout inquiry and purchase process, and what information she couldn't immediately provide, she followed up very promptly as promised. Out of several companies we reached out to for product info, Hioki by far provided the most pleasant and professional experience. A big thank you from the IPCO Metering department!

Brian Gibb provided great service, assisting me with determining the correct option cards and various peripherals for the Hioki chart recorder. He generated multiple quotes without hesitation as I changed the BOM a couple of times. He also helped with determining availability and approximate shipping time. Hioki CS remained in touch to help with getting the order processed.
