I had a great experience with Hioki. The demo period was flexible to my schedule and really was the selling point. Brie is friendly, not pushy and helpful. It's a shame we missed each other every time she came by the office. I look forward to purchasing more Hioki gear when budget allows.

Ms Sydney Brooks is the best sales representative I've ever worked with! She always answered my questions and fulfilled my requests in the nicest and most timely manner, even when it needed coordination with her colleagues from various other divisions. My order with Hioki would not have been so smooth without her kind and professional assistance, which I greatly appreciated. Ms Sydney is definitely a valuable member of Hioki.

Sales support was fantastic. Got me the answer to my questions and were able to point me to the right product. Much better then the retailers I reached out too. Communication on shipping and tracking was also very good. I would happuly purchase right from Hioki USA agiN.
