I struggled finding a replacement for my Hioki device which was to old to get repaired. Hioki USA helped me finding the successor. All questions were answered quickly. My Hioki USA contacts were very helpful and friendly.

The sale supervisor Richard Martire who answered my online chat was very helpful to find what I am looking for. For questions he can't answer, he went extra miles to find solutions for me quickly. He is always responsive and very patient. His response is clear, easy to understand and down to earth(very sincere). He also listen to what I was looking for and suggest to best suitable product to me. He also sent email to follow up after the chat session ended. He is the best!
