We received our hioki im3536 in good condition and it has worked very well. There was some confusion in shipping and payment around the holidays, but the team at hioki usa was responsive and the issues were resolved.

Sydney is a good communicator and has a high Say/Do ration. When she said she would get me information the next day, she did. Negotiations with Terms of Payment delayed this purchase more than I would have preferred, but Sydney's communication through the purchase process helped keep it on track.

The rep that I worked with was great, and quickly got technical support in the loop to answer very specific questions I had about certain functions of the product I was interested in. Getting a demo unit was also quick and painless.

Getting the order processed was difficult. I would get all the way to the end and it wouldn't go. I tried using Chrome and it worked. Maybe a problem with Edge?
