Straight up-front response from Brie Kelly on an old multimeter. She pointed the way for a new unit. Good job Brie. The old voltage tester was a 1986 card type. Very easy to carry, good display & always worked until a few days ago. Looking forward to using the new pencil tester.

I love Hiokis stuff but couldn’t manage to find a reliable source of support. Retailers just seemed to want to make a buck by reading me what was on their website. Hiokis US office was fantastic to deal with.

So far I'm impressed with the customer service and the product I purchased from Hioki USA. I have had a chance to compare some readings against the Fluke 289 and The clamp meter I used from Hioki was spot on. Also Kevin from Hioki did do some digging and research for me which is a big plus for Hioki. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase more of the meters they offer in the future.

All I can say is that THIS is how a company should treat it's customers. I'm working on a meter from the early 1970's. Brian not only was helpful, he went out of his way to get what I needed to bring this rare work of art back to it's full glory. Without his help and the help provided by Hioki Corporate, I would be dead in the water. This is a 5 star company and Brian s a 5 star employee. More companies should strive to be like Hioki and reward quality employees like Brian for going the extra mile. Well done and thank you.
