Won't print photos or color artwork. Trying to find help with anything regarding this printer is simply mind boggling. When I tried printing out the artwork and photos I needed, I got a real ugly mess. This is NOT suitable for that use. I'm extremely UNHAPPY.

No adjustment for print quality Very disappointed with this printer. I had an old inkjet that died after 6 years -- a friend strongly recommended a laser so I bought this one. Print quality was too light, then found out I cannot increase the darkness of the print with this unit. Even contacted Brother, and was told to be sure the "toner save" feature was not activated as that can cause light printing. I did that, no difference. I am giving this one to a friend, buying an inkjet!
