Color is different. Color quality is no good. Different color...
Never printed w/out a thick black line appearing on every page! The printer keeps printing a 1 inch black line on every page printed. I've changed out the cartridges to no avail. I've been unable to print anything (color or black & white) without this stripe appearing. I have to buy a new printer, as well, I've spent wasted $ on new cartridges hoping that would rectify the issue.
Waste of money! Do not buy It goes into deep sleep and will not turn on. It is never available to print when I need to print. I try everything to get it to work. Waste of money! I had to buy another laser printer that sits right next to this and it actually prints on command. Definitely need to return this dumb printer
Maybe I got a lemon I use my printer for my business. I print waterslide and send the print from my cricut. If the image has black and color the black streaks into the color. I've tried troubleshooting and now I get black streaks and snagged paper where there seems to be too much pressure from the rollers. Anybody who uses waterslide paper knows how ridiculously expensive it is. Each wasted sheet is about $2 in the trash.
Dissatisfied It prints ok, it’s stupid to work, the tray paper stopped working in 2 days so I got to manually put the paper in, for the price I paid, it should of been better
Great print quality, but sleep mode! We really love the quality of printing on this printer- we got it in July for our office (it's now October) and we are still using the cartridges that came with! However, it keeps going into sleep mode. It didn't do it when we went on vacation. It didn't do it over labor day weekend. No, it does it on a regular week night and when it goes into this sleep mode, you have to trouble shoot it for hours to get it to wake up and connect again. It's beyond frustrating. Color print print quality is very cheap, unhappy with my purchase
check the box contents!! I ordered the printer.... received a very large- VERY large quantity of toilet paper instead. I am returning... and will attempt to get the correct item this time.
Possibly the Worst Printer Ever. The printer is great when it actually works. However.. it rarely seems to work. I would not recommend this at all. I am on day 4 of trying to get it to work. I would return it but it is too heavy to lift.
