Excellent Service with a Smile This was an amazing experience. The staff was so cordial and pleasant and so accommodating. They helped me get a cab when needed and answered my many questions with a smile. I will definitely stay at this location again in the future.
This was a quick walk to Madison Square Garden. Very convenient.

Holiday Inn Express- Rude front desk The me front desk clerk was nasty, arrogant and rude- both on check in and check out. I mentioned it to the manager and was told he was their best employee. Parking for the hotel was 3 or 4 blocks away- no in and out. About 60.00 per day with taxes. Be prepared. Luxurious The hotel was luxurious, very quiet, super clean, similar to other hotels in the area. We walked to Madison Square Garden. Penn Station is close also. We drove up and stopped at the hotel prior to parking which is just a 5 minute walk away. The parking was free at the garage associated with the hotel.
Clean and convenient location. The hotel room was nice but small. Disappointed it didn’t have a refrigerator. Definitely over priced but it is New York.
