Nicest staff,
decent location but too much construction and noise
Room was small and had some definite issues but the staff was fantastic. I would stay again because of the staff.
This hotel was clean, continental breakfast was great, and you can’t beat the price for being steps away from Madison Square Garden. We would stay here again!
Good service makes a difference The hotel service was great, breakfast was good. The staff in breakfast lobby was very friendly and clean. The hotel was comfortable. We would return because staff was amazing! The hotel itself can use some upgrades, but overall a great experience.
Annoying and small. Check in was literally out the door and they had one person on duty while two others stood by and watched. Hotels.com marks this hotel as having room service, it does not. Smallest hotel room, can barely have two people in a room.
Polite, helpful staff. Room was clean, but there was a hole in the wall. Toiletries were tiny, curtains were burned, and the AC wouldn’t turn off. Surrounding area had rats.
