Great staff! Our stay was great. The hotel staff was absolutely lovely. From the first to the last interaction I was very impressed with the level of service. The room was clean. My only complaints are that the room was not maintained very well. The dust ruffle had stuff all over it including paint. The chest of drawers were chipped and had marker all over them. Nothing that really hindered a nice evening just that it needs to be addressed.
Great location. Close to MSG and Penn Station. Delicious full breakfast every morning that was great to start your day.
Staff was amazing. Breakfast buffet good. Location to MSG and parking garage was perfect. Room was outdated, mold in bathroom and tub didn’t drain well. Our door didn’t lock properly. It looked like the room had been broken into previously, as the frame was broken and bent around door and the lock didn’t catch right. Window opened up to an alley filled with junk and drug paraphernalia. The alley was level to the room. We heard people back there in the middle of the night. Felt a little unsafe and would not stay there again.
Super friendly front desk clerk We were only there for one night, to see Harry Styles. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The front desk clerk was especially friendly and on top of everything happening in the lobby area.
Staff was extremely nice and accommodating! Didn’t like no mini fridge in room! Very very tight quarters in room! And NO parking was horrible!
Great location, but smells like weed…. Everything was fine except there is a strong smell of marijuana in the room. We even opened the windows and it still smells
