The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. I loved that you have an outside seating area. Construction in the front of the hotel detracted a bit from the enjoyment of sitting outside.
School near FIT college The rooms are very small. The hotel is older and could use some upgrades. They provide breakfast but nothing special. This hotel is on a quiet street. It was very close to FIT school which was very convenient . The staff was great.
Wonderful time It was very good. The hotel was well situated since I was coming in on a bus through the Port Authority. The only criticism of the hotel that I questioned while I was there...was since they provided a recycling bin, what constituted "recycling"? plastic, glass and aluminum containers for beverages...but what about paper (such as the bus or hotel confirmations that I'd printed.
The property was fine. Not the nicest place but also not the worse. It was clean and staff was friendly.
The stay was great however they charged me a few for no reason after I checked out. It’s virtually impossible to talk to someone at the hotel. People ar the 1-800 number can’t even get in touch with the hotel to help me resolve this. Very disappointing.
