Hotel was perfectly centrally located for our stay, cannot say enough grrat things about the staff. Best staff of any hotel i've ever stayed at. Extremely friendly, accomodating and helpful. Accomodated our early check in and late check out. Rooms were smaller than expected but thats old buildings in New York. Was surprised there were no mini-fridges in the room. That's our only real complaint.
Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.
Robert was on point from Welcome to send off in reasonably priced limo (his suggestion). Housekeeping fulfilled our every need. Vanessa’s delicious breakfast prepared us for the day ahead. Kudos you guys 👍🙏❤️
