I stayed here for a Saturday and not only was someone else's belongings left in the closet of my room but the room itself was kinda dirty. The bathroom clearly wasn't cleaned thoroughly. In fact I booked a room with a jetted tub in hopes I can use it and I was unable to do so.

We booked a two double bed room. Room is very small. Very limited walking space. No mini fridge in the room. Staff did not accommodate request for my mom’s birthday. Also we called multiple times for a trash liner but none came until check out. Limited towels. Bathroom sink was clogged.

Bad in room hygiene I stayed on the 7th floor. The bedding insdie the room has bursts of a musty smell, 3 of the pillow cases have stain on them. I feel like the bedding never been changed, given the smell exists since the first day we checked in. In addition, the housekeeper never cleans the toilet as well as the bath tub. the stain still exists in the toilet bowl and hair sticked on the wall inside bathtub even after the housekeeping. The elevator was not functioning which made a terrible waiting time to get up or diwn and had to use the stairs up to the ninth floor

When we got there, I was told our room was given to someone else, cause of credit card issue and Expedia was supposed to let me know, unfortunately you’ll did not, had to fund any available hotel for my selected dates, which turned out out to be more than double.. Expedia should compensate me for this and also refund my money charged for using you .. Thank s Seeta
