Unfortunately I can't say I'd stay here again. Staff rude and would rather listen to thier AirPods then help. The breakfast area is far too small for the amount of guests which resembled a rugby scrum after 7:00, on two occasions when I was using the outside space 2 homless people entered the property to make a coffee and then sit in the hotels outside space, the rooms are tiny we had a family room and was far to small. Charged extra for a high floor absolutely no point as you can't see anything. Elevator was horrendously sl... read more
I was unable to stay here because my reservation was cancelled the morning I arrived. I chose the pay at hotel option and my booking was cancelled at 6 am because payment had not been received. Expedia blamed the hotel and the hotel blamed Expedia. I was the one stuck booking last minute hotel and for the last minute charges. I will no longer be using Expedia because customer service offered no help at all! The hotel and Expedia do not stand behind their bookings no matter how far in advance you book!
El hotel esta en muy buen estado. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero bien distribuidas. Tienen todo lo necesario. Estaba limpio.
Only 1 elevator working. It was a small elevator. We had to wait 10minutes to catch an elevator. We felt like we couldn’t go to a from our room because of the elevator situation. Great location but there are others in the area that have better amenities.
Room was so small it didn’t have chair, desk, or mini fridge. One elevator was out of order the entire week. The other was partly dysfunctional in other ways. I’m 79 years old and I took the stairs. A miserable experience. The staff was nice but understaffed. Cleaning crew was good. All in all, 1 on a scale of 10.
Room was extremely small. Bathroom door literally bangs into front door when opened all the way. Pillows were flat. Manhattan area sucks!
Clean and nice staff, but sleeping was terrible. The staff was very friendly. The room was and bathroom were also nice. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, the walls are paper thin. It was the worst sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel, I could hear the people in the room next to me in the middle of the night and early in the morning. I woke up several times due to loud surrounding noises. The bed wasn’t comfortable , and the bed comforter didn’t keep me warm at all.
They gave away our room and did not notify us. We were left scrambling to find a room at midnight in NYC.
