Hotel has no baggage storage for busy exec forced to drag bags to meetings or valet parking forcing tired late arrival to roam in dark looking for parking garage. MY ASSISTANT HAD NO IDEA OF DEFECTS
It was tiny, cramped, old, barely sanitary and uninhabitable. When. I showed my son and daughter their rooms, my daughter literally cried and begged to go back to UK. She would have rather give up the holiday of a lifetime she had been talking about and looking forward to all year than stay in this rat infested hole. the water in the shower did not go down the drain but into the room, I had to cover it with towels so as not to wet the room, the sink faucet had an unbearable leak and it took a long time for the water to go down, bad experience
The restaurant and bar were close since Covid but your information did not reflect this. Overall experience was horrible.
The experience for check in was, the big issue was the room. It smelled very bad and it was not very well cleaned.
Attempted break in? My stay was generally okay as a solo woman - housekeeping came everyday and the hotel provides free bottles of water. However, what perturbed me was on my last night, I was still awake watching TV at 1am and I heard someone pushing at my door.
