The staff is very nice. Overall, I wouldn't suggest the hotel given the rooms are very small, and you can have a bigger size in brooklyn. The hotel seems like it's been stuck between two buildings. Location is great though.
I don’t like leaving reviews typically, but this hotel was disappointing in so many ways. There was chocolate, bottle caps, and sliced cheese under the bed which tells that they don’t even look to see if it’s clean under there. The shower never got hot water, it was ice cold the entire time. The elevator button going down only worked if you pushed it a dozen times in a row or else it kept turning back off and not calling for the elevator. This place was disgusting, blood was on my bed in my room, and the pictures didn’t match.
Location is great, but the room quality is beyond unacceptable. It was definitely not what I was expecting
The room that I was provided was in very poor condition and hadn’t been cleaned. The bed sheets were covered in crumbs and hair. The carpet was covered in pieces of potato chips. The door to the bathroom had a piece unevenly cut from so that it would open and pass over the toilet. I requested that the room be cleaned but it wasn’t. My stay was very uncomfortable. I will be requesting a refund.
The stay was awful. Off the bat, the hotel staffer gave us a keycard that let us into a room that was occupied. We literally walked into a room that had someone else's belongings. We told the front desk staffer, and after giving us a rundown of hotel staff drama we didn't really care about, he said he would cancel someone else's reservations to give us a room.
