This was the second IHG hotel I stayed at on my trip and both were terrible. The door had a massive gap, the walls were so thin you could hear the conversation next door. As well, the rooms was filthy. There was a large, blue, sticky spot on the floor and closet, and the bathroom was so dirty you could see the dirt on the tub. The front desk lady was very friendly though and the area is pretty good as well.

I didn't like that they didn't not clean anything. It was horrible.

I loved the location and the view. I’m mad at the false advertising. There is no food breakfast or restaurant which is why I chose it.

For $300/night this was below par. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, but small room, no microwave, had to ask for things more than once.

Breakfast was not included. The toilet was not clean and there was poop stains in the toilet bowl when we checked in. There was no extra toilet paper. The toilet was not flushing properly. I am not staying here again.

1- I paid for a balcony but couldn't use it because the window cleaners left their equipment and I assume refused to move it. (Expedia made it right the manager outright refused to refund the difference) 2- 9:30 am room service arrived. I was getting ready so I asked her to come back later. Never saw her again. 3- Everyone at the front desk is rude. not surprized the manger sucks so.. 4- the pros, its clean and near good food that is all.
