Not what I expected. WAY BETTER and SO MUCH MORE! I needed help re my cat Cleo. The staffer asked probative questions, allieved my fear of new food and ingredients, but their food is all made in the USA. Also, they have a great selection, and in each category a wide variety of supplies. One thing I really loved, and went back for, is the walk-in do-it-yourself dog bath. If you sign up as a customer, they keep track of everything for you...what food, when was the last bath, etc. and makes everything so easy. I think the staff... read more

I live an hour away I always place my order online and my brother picks it up. Its always packaged great, a sweet note and samples! I love the samples to try before I buy!
