I live an hour away I always place my order online and my brother picks it up. Its always packaged great, a sweet note and samples! I love the samples to try before I buy!

The person who helped us was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I had many questions since I haven't had a dog in the last 40 years. Raising dogs has changed a lot since then. She answered all my questions and gave advice when asked. I will definitely go back.

Great customer service but I think the prices can be a little low.

Great service both in store and via web. The delivery service is exceptional since we are seniors and buy large bags of dog food and they drop it off very close to where we store it.
