We l9ve our Bartlett store. The employees are super cool and friendly from the time we enter the door.They have been well trained on all the products in the store. The use of headphones are a vital part of their customer service. Customers do not go under served. The employees really make us feel special. They offer to open the door or assist in taking products to the car. The dogs can detect that they are loved! I was greeted at the door and the associate helped me find what I was looking for. Also, she checked me out and set up an account for me as a new customer. She was very friendly and helpful.

The store is fully stocked and clean. Staffs are helpful and knowledgeable.
The associates there are always so helpful and always give my dog or cat all the love that I do and then some. Even though it's out of the way I'll always go to this location

It was a pleasant experience per usual. I brought my pup in for a bath and he enjoyed it. Very convenient and the staff was helpful. Keep up the good work! The store was very clean and organized and I was helped immediately after walking in.
