I always have an amazing experience every time I arrive. I am always greeted at the front door and the employees are always happy to help! They are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They give great recommendations and are very accommodating to customer’s needs. I always recommend this store to every pet owner I know.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. My dog loves visiting. The store is clean and organized.

The clerk greeted me at the door, made a great suggestion (that I purchased), helped me find the toy bunny I was looking for, and took my purchases to my truck. I love shopping at this particular store for these very reasons.

Loved this store. My first time there with a new puppy. The staff was wonderful! They offered my puppy different flavored treats to find out his favorites. It was a great experience! And of course the puppy got lots of love and attention.

Yesterdays 8-21-2026 shopping experience was great thanks to Zaden who helped me select a cat litter that was same quality bigger bag and same low cost. Zaden was so helpful and pleasant and helped me check out and get the heavy bag to my suv.. Everyone in the Bartlett store knows me and treats me like a friend coming in for a friendly chat. They are always happy to help including Bill the manager, Becky, Christin, Asher, and my dear associate friend Jenny who is stellar everytime I come in.

Bill was extremely helpful in selecting a new dog food. Another associate had greeted me as I came in. I was looking for a new dog collar so she walked me to them. Suggested adding a bow tie 😁. Helped me pick out a treat. It was a great experience! Thank you!

Jenny and the rest of the staff at our Bartlett store are just wonderful. They know us and our pugs when we come shopping. They are always so helpful with making recommendations. On the rare occasion when something doesn’t work out, we can return the item with no problem and they donate it. Our pugs love going there because they know they will get lots of attention, treats, and occasionally a bath!
