I asked to use the pet wash station. The gentleman went and sanitized the station. This was 1st time taking my Shi Tzu for a bath. It was a good experience.

You guys rock. Im always happy to pay the price for the supply. The stuff are always great in the stores no matter where I go. Bartlett store I shop at the most. Always clean, and stuff so friendly. Collierville store I love they do the cat adoptions. And stuff alway friendly. Thank you so much for being a great store

The staff always greets me right as I walk in the door, and it’s not just a hello; they offer to help and mean it. There is always someone nearby to answer questions, help locate an item, or just pull something from a high shelf. The store is always immaculate. I have never had a bad experience at a Hollywood Feed, but the people who work at the Bartlett location are the friendliest and consistently provide the best customer service of any of the locations I have shopped at.
