Staff was helpful, I’m disabled and the gentleman that helped me, picked up the heavy dog bags and carried them to my vehicle. That is why I always shop here for my dogs needs

You guys did amazing because my dog didn't know what she wanted and y'all tried every toy then at the end we choose the long lasting chews and let me tell y'all she loved that one so thank you so much!!! I'll be coming back soon!!!❤️❤️❤️

I ALWAYS have great experiences at HWF. This one was not bad by any means but it was not 10/10 like I normally receive. I was greeted when I walked in but the staff usually helps me to where I need to go, offers suggestions or gives me the coupon book. I went to get my nurtisource dog food and they were out of the big bag. I had to go with the small bag which was not ideal but at least I got some dog food! Could be worse lol.

The customer service was fantastic. My ditty pup and I walked right in and they set up a bath station for us while someone else helped up collect the other items we needed. Once the wash station was wet ready, they came and found us in the store. One the bath was over, they followed up to make sure everything went well.
